Our Sauna Room is located on the Lower Level towards the right from the Dry Room

In the room you will find a shower for washing prior to using the sauna and there is also a cold plunge tub provided.

Sessions times are available for 30 minutes or 60 minutes with a window buffer of 15 minutes to allow for changing.

We kindly ask that you keep your lower underwear on at all times
