We are a family who LOVE everything snow.! My husband and I spent most of our younger years working to travel, chasing winter seasons all over the world, there have been some epic summer holidays along the way to but not as many. Having done seasons in New Zealand, Europe, Canada and even South America its fair to say we’ve seen a lot of snow, all over the world collectively we have done over 40 resorts with a long list still yet to be crossed off. Our sons first introduction to snowboarding was here in Japan at Nozawa onsen when he was just 9 months old. but then covid came along so he was 4 when we finally made it back to the mountains. We were in Falls Creek, Victoria, Australia It was possibly the most grueling winters days you could imagine, there were lightning storms, sleet, rain and the kind of wind that cuts right through to the core. He came off the mountain that day drenched and cold, little lips quivering and yet the first words out his mouth the next morning were “are we going snowboarding today” A very proud parent moment!
